PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Clients have 7 days to return or exchange retail products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Store credit will be issued for approved returns.
CANCELATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
To maintain fairness, we enforce a non-biased cancellation policy:
A credit card is required to be on file.
48+ hours’ notice: No fee
24-48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Same-day cancellation/reschedule/no-show: 100% of the service fee will be charged.
ALL CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE BY TEXT TO 505-518-5913. NO EMAILS OR DMS.
This policy is strictly enforced, and the fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
ADJUSTMENT POLICY
If a client is dissatisfied with their service, adjustments are allowed within 14 days of the original appointment. Adjustments include: Haircuts, toners, color fading within one wash, and color bleeds. Lightening services are NOT included in adjustments. If another stylist performs the adjustment, service dollars will be split accordingly. No refunds will be issued for hair services unless determined by the owner.
PRIVACY POLICY
We guarantee that all information obtained for company use, whether it be contact information, credit cards, tax and social security numbers, etc, is kept private and is not given away, sold, or traded for any reason under any circumstance.
